Let’s see what the miracle behind the name and the product is. I had a look over their list of ingredients and what they promise. They promote the product as a detox product as you can see from the name but the first thing I noticed when I visited their website was "7-Day Weight Loss Record Set” "She Lost 24 Pounds in 7 Days”. It is incredibly hard to believe that a person can lose 24 pounds in a week without having to face any nutritional or other problems associated with rapid weight loss

Detoxification or Detox as we know it is the process of removing harmful toxins from our body that are building up over a period of time due to pollution and bad food habits. Detox doesn't result in losing weight; it helps in staying young and healthy. But 7 day detox has been aggressively promoting weight loss aspect while leaving the customer in the dark when it comes to detox, this was mean to be detox product whether it works as a detox supplement? Your guess is as good as mine. I don’t know.

Yes all of these products do work and but they worked so far when they are taking alone. All the clinical studies that are conducted are in a controlled environment where there are no impurities or adulterations into these substances. No one has studied what happens when you take all the 34 wonderful ingredients and mix them up. For example Chromium Polynicotinate one of the ingredients used works very well as a weight loss supplement and is been used in many of the weight loss products that we use today. But there are two types of chromium one toxic and the other non-toxic.Obiviously the one used in our supplements is non-toxic but every time we use it with any other substance we need to have closer look. I didn’t see any clinical study done on this aspect of 7 day detox which is very important.

Should I Buy 7 Day Detox Diet?

7 day detox is ineffective, overpriced, and doesn’t address either weight loss or detox. Ingredients like caffeine don’t work well as a detox agent when taken orally (refer Dr.Gerson’s enema) and the weight loss products are non natural and can cause further problems than offer viable solutions.
